Our Founder
Caroline Bonpain founded Core Fusion Leadership out of a passion for developing leaders, unlocking core potential and a genuine desire to drive change and culture transformation effectively within businesses.
Leveraging her executive leadership experience with proven techniques based on neuroscience and behavioural science research, she helps individuals build their confidence and overcome the root cause of their limitations, building on their existing strengths and taking them to the next level.
